Every project we take on follows the same disciplined path — from your first idea to a finished installation. Nothing leaves our shop until it's right, and nothing is finished until you're satisfied.
Before a single board is cut, we've already built your project — in CAD. But before we get there, we make sure the project makes sense for you. Our design process has two stages for a reason.
Early on, we produce an annotated 2D layout and a budgetary estimate. The goal is simple: before we invest in detailed modeling and you invest in a full design, we both know the project is in the right range. No surprise at the finish line.
This is also the stage where inspiration photos and reference images are most valuable. The more you can show us what you're drawn to, the faster we can get the layout right.
Once you're ready to move forward, we model the entire project in full 3D — every cabinet, every dimension, every detail. You see exactly what you're getting before fabrication begins. If something needs adjusting, we move it on screen, not on the job site.
The submittal drawings that come out of this phase aren't just for us — they're a shared language. The client sees exactly what was agreed to. The shop works from precise, unambiguous dimensions. The install crew knows what fits where before they arrive. And when other trades — electricians, plumbers, countertop fabricators, tile setters — need to coordinate around our work, the drawings tell that story too. Everyone is working from the same set of facts.
We start with your vision — your floorplan, your style, your goals. Both phases of the design process are built around refining that vision, not fitting you into a template. We've never built the same project twice, and we have no interest in starting.
Once the design is approved, it goes straight into the shop. We start with raw lumber and finish with a complete, inspected product ready for installation.
We don't buy pre-made cabinet boxes. We start with raw stock and mill everything ourselves — which means we control quality at every stage, and we're not limited by what someone else chose to manufacture.
Joe Rogers founded this business and has been building in this shop for over three decades. There is no substitute for that kind of accumulated skill and judgment.
When a project leaves our shop, it has been checked. We know what we built because we built it. That means when we show up to install, we're confident — and so can you be.
Construction doesn't always go as planned — a piece gets damaged, a field measurement changes, a schedule gets compressed. Because we control the manufacturing process, we can remake or rush a component and have it on-site the same day. A big-box supplier would have you waiting weeks.
The team that designed and built your project is the same team that installs it. They know every piece, every joint, every dimension — and they don't walk away until it's right.
The same team that built your cabinets, staircase, or trim package are the ones carrying it through your door and fitting it into place. They already know every piece before they arrive.
Installation isn't done when the last screw is in — it's done when everything is level, aligned, fitted, and right. We take time on scribes, reveals, and transitions. Some of those details, a homeowner may never consciously notice. But we will. And that matters to us.
Whether it's a kitchen renovation or 3 floors of courtrooms, our installation process scales to the project. We've done both, and we approach every job with the same standard of care.
When one team designs, builds, and installs, there's no finger-pointing if something needs to be adjusted. We own the whole process, which means we own the outcome.
